The Procurement Administrator will work closely with the Legal, Risk and Compliance, and Finance teams to support the end-to-end procurement process, including the onboarding of suppliers. This role will be an integral part of the Procurement team, ensuring internal and external governance requirements are adhered to across all functions. A key focus will be on maintaining and supporting effective, efficient and fluent procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee / administrate user access for online portals (i.e. Trade accounts, travel tools, stationary portals etc) for all employees, including activation, deactivation, credit increases etc.Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, through the internal onboarding process. Ensure all supplier documentation is completed and filed prior to the accounts payable team loading the vendor record.Work with the AP team to support on any supplier queries around suspended suppliers or expired insurances.Maintain the contract register, collating information and ensuring it is updated regularly by the team.Manage the intranet uploading process for the procurement intranet page. Loading and updating information held on the intranet, such as templates, guidance, procurement hub data and team site content once updated by the procurement team.Undertaking due diligence checks on new suppliers and carrying out supplier reviews as required, including credit reports (Experian / Dunna and Bradstreet) and World sanction checks where necessary.Ensure all new suppliers risk assessments are completed by stakeholders and file them in SharePoint when fully onboarded for all suppliers.Deal with day-to-day procurement queries or requests from the business on supplier onboarding process.Manage the Procurement inbox ensuring all actions are resolved or passed to the relevant procurement team member to action.Ensure all SharePoint files are kept up to date and the filing structures are maintained.Ensure functional teams are adhering to Procurement policies and have a good understanding of the Procurement Supplier process, directing them to the relevant areas on the procurement intranet where required.Support on setting up supplier briefings for tenders where required Skills and Experience: Relevant experience in administration, procurement or supplier management teams.Experience of using purchase order systems (i.e. Yardi, Coupa etc)Highly organised and disciplined.Strong attention to detail.Positive, proactive and collaborative team player.Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.Great communicator, comfortable interacting with all stakeholders.A self-starter, able to work with support and direction.
