Field Service Engineer

About the role
This role would involve servicing of existing customer's machines and ensuring that customer relationships are maintained. You contribute to the overall success of the company by passing on information on business development opportunities to the Sales Team.
What you'll do
4. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
5. Provide field support for sales and end users
6. Provide on-site technical product support and/or installation.
7. Maintain ongoing service/support profitability
8. Service and maintain copiers and other office products
9. Electro-mechanical fault-finding and maintenance
10. Electric, electronic and IT-based problem solving
11. Deal with customer complaints and problems, and report to NI Service Manager
12. Ensure that all business transactions written are in line with Company policies and standards
13. Observe H&S, HR & Company procedures at all times and ensure that the company assets are kept to the required standard
14. Carry out other projects/duties
15. Pass information on business development opportunities to the Sales Team
