This role is crucial in driving our global recruitment strategy, particularly in tech hiring, and will play a key role in shaping the future of our talented team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and enhance our employer brand. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent, ensuring that we continue to build a diverse and high-performing workforce. Your Impact: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Greenhouse for effective candidate sourcing, tracking, and engagement. Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and set recruitment strategies. Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and talent acquisition best practices. Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, promoting Optimove as an employer of choice. Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes. Ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-tech environment. Proficient in English (spoken and written)- a must. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or similar ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successful tech talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the tech industry and current recruitment trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
