The Opportunity
We are recruiting a hard working and conscientious full-time Technical Service Coordinator, for an 18-month contract position, to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating service schedules with all stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers and sales team to schedule service appointments via phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
* Provide assistance and support to technicians as required
* Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
* Coordinate the dispatching of technicians through service scheduling software, email and phone, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
* Work collaboratively in a team environment
* As directed, produce metrics and reports to identify outstanding items
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement
* Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
* General administrative support to sales team as required
