The Role:
As a Lead Analyst, you will:
1. Audit and enhance client data architecture, improving data trust and accessibility across the business.
2. Build key reporting dashboards to track essential metrics used by clients.
3. Develop long-term data strategies, including RFM segmentation, LTV, churn analysis, and dynamic pricing models.
4. Oversee and mentor a small analytics team, collaborating with strategy consultants and research specialists to deliver impactful solutions.
What They’re Looking For:
1. A background in a data-driven environment, with experience working on large-scale analytical projects.
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and delivering actionable insights to influence business strategy.
3. Proven experience with SQL and Power BI, with a strong ability to manipulate and visualise data.
4. Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
