* Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
* Manage inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely distribution.
* Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Assist in handling basic IT-related tasks, such as managing emails and digital records.
* Ensure all inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone, are handled professionally and promptly.
* Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* IT Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
* Call Management Skills: Ability to handle a multi-line phone system professionally.
* Professionalism: A friendly and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
