Employment Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor - Belfast (Hybrid) - UK National Law Firm

The Role
Working as part of this leading employment practice you will get the opportunity to work on a dual workstream of employment matters to include NI work and also E & W matters. You will get the opportunity to work on a broad mix of high value and high profile employment matters both contentious and non-contentious. There will also be a large amount of advisory work for clients.
The spread of work you will get exposure to include business reorgs and redundancies, advising clients around sensitive/reputational issues, advising clients around grievances, boardroom support on reputational or corporate governance issues, employment tribunal representation, investigations, employee consultations and engagement, corporate immigration, TUPE and outsourcing etc.
You will be!
Ideally you will meet the following criteria however for the right candidate there is some potential flexibility;
* Associate Role - Qualified Solicitor (NI or E & W or equivalent) - 1 + years PQE
* Senior Associate - Qualified Solicitor (NI or E & W or equivalent) - 4 + years PQE
* PQE will have been gained focused mainly in employment, ideally acting for employers
* Demonstrable experience of working on a broad range of employment matters to include contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Forward thinker you will have a really commercial approach to advising clients
* Excellent commuincation skills and client development skills
* Highly organised you will be able to manage busy and varied caseload
