Compliance Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a leading logistics company based in Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. This is a full time, temp to permanent position with an immediate start date available.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that suppliers are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Identifying compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
3. Reviewing existing practices to identify any compliance breaches.
4. Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation related to logistics activities.
5. Collaborating with suppliers and depots to ensure seamless coordination in relation to compliance issues.
6. Evaluate existing company procedures to ensure compliance with internal company policies and the requirements of regulatory agencies.
7. Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, and email correspondence.
Requirements:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Analytical experience
3. Strong administrative skills and ability to assess and interpret risks
4. Competent Microsoft user
5. Available immediately
This position is working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, occasional weekend work will be required. Paying £12.20 per hour.
