Wakefield Operations is the 2nd biggest plant in CCEP and the biggest soft drink plant in Europe. The Wakefield site produces just under half of GB’s volume across their 8 manufacturing, and 2 preform lines. The site can produce 672,000 cans every hour and 132,000 bottles every hour. What to expect:
You will become part of a successful on site stores team. Playing a key role in supporting operations, QESH, F&U and Asset Care Team.
In this role you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the spare parts warehouse. Facilitating the planning of maintenance activities, both planned and reactive. This may also see you supplying spares and sourcing parts from our network of plants in and outside CCEP.
Responsibilities include:
* Keep a safe, clean and tidy environment within the work area
* Carry out stock checks to ensure correct stock holding.
* Generate and validate the purchasing orders and execute the entry of spare parts
* Detect spare parts not in use and escalate writes-off.
* Support Line Technicians in any breakdown resolutions by facilitating a quick delivery of spare parts.
* Carry out F&U checks on a weekend
* Producing daily and weekly reports on the stores KPI’s.
In this role you will be working on a 3 on and 3 off shift pattern, alternating between night and days.
