MONCLER is currently looking for a full-time Senior Client Advisor to join our Team in Bicester Village.
Our Senior Client Advisor takes on the role of Brand Ambassador. They are responsible for growing their store’s sales by providing an exceptional level of service to their clients, and supporting the management team in the operations of their store. They contribute and support in the training and development of their colleagues while working directly with their Store Manager to enhance the client experience and performance of the store.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks:
1. Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long-lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
2. Embodies the attitudes of the Moncler Customer Experience: warmth, empathy, curiosity, agility and business acumen;
3. Achieves individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the team;
4. Advises clients on the Brand and all product categories, developing in-depth knowledge of Moncler, products and collections;
5. Demonstrates commercial acumen and advanced skills in Clienteling, using the various tools available to retain customers, recruit new ones and develop long-term;
6. Carries out the day-to-day tasks of the store: floor management, customer reception, opening/closing of the store;
7. Assists in stock and store management, VM, after-sales service, cash desk;
8. Supports the management team in the development of the team using on the spot coaching and training;
9. Actively contributes to the training and development of new team members.
Qualifications
Requirements:
10. Previous experience in sales roles;
11. Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus;
12. Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
13. Passion for retail, client service and luxury fashion;
14. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
15. Strong communication skills;
16. Willingness evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
17. Fluency & sophistication in English and another language is a plus;
18. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
19. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
