Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside our client secondary school in Bury to recruit a passionate full-time Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible. ASAP start Full-time position, Monday - Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm Earn between £1670 - £1800 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications. Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on experience supporting students in secondary education. This role would be well-suited to a vibrant graduate interested in a career in education or an experienced teaching assistant looking for a new role within a supportive secondary school. Role responsibilities: Collaborate with SENCO and other support staff to design and implement individualised support strategies to target key areas of learning. Monitor student progress and identify the need for additional support. Demonstrate sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Dyslexia and behavioural disorders. Excellent communication skills. Build rapport and positive working relationships with students.
