About The Role
As Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for both the day-to-day management of your team and the management of stock and processes.
Our Admin Team Leader will ensure that their team are following the correct processes, identify gaps and knowledge and skills and ensure their team is trained and following best practice. You will provide support in your area, which will include Goods In, Stock Control and PI.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Our Admin Team Leader will be expected to:
1. Allocate and supervise daily tasks as well as briefings with your team
2. Fully understand all areas of the department including Goods In, Stock Control and PI
3. Identify inventory issues, and escalate to Operations and Warehouse Management
4. Complete HR functions including
5. Holidays, sickness & AWOL
6. Disciplinaries, welfare meetings, RTW meetings and performance management
7. Monitor and update the skills matrix, identify training gaps, and implement a training plan
8. Actively seek to resolve stock issues including pick exceptions and recoveries
9. Ensure that all stock in the red area does not exceed 24 hours
10. Keep all permanent and agency timesheets up to date and accurate
11. Monitor incomplete Goods In records, and drive warehouse/goods in to resolve
12. Daily reporting on stock position and stock variances
13. Actively support team, and provide a professional presence within Inventory

You will be able to work under pressure, and able to prioritise to ensure that key objectives are met. You must have an attention to detail required when handling large amounts of information, and have a methodical approach to solving problems.

25. Experience of logistics/warehouse environment
26. Able to analyse information in a timely manner
27. Ability to manage fluctuating workloads
