Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive English and Maths GCSE tutoring sessions to students in the East of England region
* Develop tailored lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the individual learning needs of students
* Provide academic support and guidance to help students improve their English and Maths skills
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes
* Collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive learning experience
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the English and Maths GCSE curriculum
* Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
* Additional subject expertise in related fields
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
* Travel within the East of England region may be required
* Opportunity for remote tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
