- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Contract: Full-Time or Seasonal options available
- Hours: Standard workshop hours 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday + Race events throughout the season
- Race Events: Support required for 12-15 race events per year

Key Responsibilities of a Number 1 Race Mechanic with our client:
- Vehicle Setup & Maintenance: Execute and oversee all aspects of vehicle preparation and maintenance for optimal performance on the track.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, team members, and support staff to meet race day demands.
- Precision Diagnostics: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fast repairs on-site.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all components and systems meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
- Efficient Pit Stops: Thrive under race-day pressures and deliver efficient mechanical and race support.
Race Mechanic Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Number 1 Mechanic within a professional motorsport environment.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end, high-performance vehicle systems.
- Ability to excel under pressure and adapt quickly on race days.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work longer hours and travel to race events as required.
