Tomcat Motorsport Ltd are looking for an organised individual to take on and manage the Parts department. The post is full time in the office / factory. The main aspect of the position is to maintain and control all aspects of parts supply, parts procurement, parts management, part sales, and any updates. In addition to this primary role, we need an individual interested and capable in the use of IT, to manage the web shop, the website, social media, videos etc. The role will involve the following:
Parts
1. Parts procurement
2. Parts stock control
3. Parts financial entries
4. Parts photography and web shop updates
5. Parts sales, invoicing and web shop pay maintenance
6. Receiving and stock taking all incoming parts
7. Packing and sending all parts out
8. Allocation of parts to Workshop for factory builds
9. Costing parts to factory builds
10. Twice yearly Stock take
11. Material and part supplier procurement and management
12. Keep parts / accounts software up to date
13. Constantly look at ways to improve the efficiency of parts management
IT
1. Web shop maintenance, improvements, update and population of new products etc
2. Website changes and news updates
3. General IT assistance, procurement and maintenance of current systems
4. Social media content with regular updates on Tomcat including videos
General
1. Working with accounts department on all Tomcat parts and materials
2. Workshop assistance when required (no skills required for this)
3. Delivery and collection of vehicles and large parts
This parts role at present is small but growing quickly. Tomcat Motorsport needs a Parts Manager to help meet the growing demand for this department. Applicant must possess a clean UK driving licence.
