Role Overview:
Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally known as Field Technicians) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500.
We’re seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals. No prior experience is required; we will train you and provide a mentor to support your success. Our comprehensive training prepares you for a better work-life balance with a 4-day work week (37.5 hours, Monday – Saturday), with a mix of 7.5 and 10-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Be the expert in installations, fault fixing, and delivering excellent customer service
* Diagnose errors and technical issues, and determine suitable solutions
* Document processes and adhere to company standards
* Collaborate with the technical team and share information organization-wide
