The vacancy Do you have experience of managing adaptations and alterations in customers' homes? As an adaptations and customer alterations surveyor you'll ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Providing permission for customers to make their own alterations to our properties in line with our policy and any relevant statutory regulations. To thrive in this position, an adeptness in understanding and fostering strong customer and colleague relationships, will be essential. You'll often be working in customers homes with colleagues to reach a technical solution. A property/construction related qualification is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a combination of experience, skills, and competencies in property investment or construction. Your flexible working attitude, coupled with your demonstrated reliability, will ensure success in this role, where time and travel may vary. Your excellent customer focus and communication skills will be put to good use as you interact with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is permanent and part time. We will consider candidates that are able to work around 22.5 hours per week (flexible on days and times, Mon-Fri). You'll be based from our Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury office and will generally cover the Cotswolds and Tewksbury, with occasional visits to our Wolverhampton office.
