Salary: £56,680 + Benefits
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday (Days)

About the Role
Our Coupar site has an excellent track record of promoting internally as well as offering personal development through training courses. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career. Our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
As an Engineering Shift Manager, you will oversee 4 Engineering Shift Team Leaders and manage a team of 6 on the day shift. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective management of all engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Point of call for escalations for any major downtimes and breakdowns of machinery
* Reporting
* Attend internal meetings
* Prioritise workload
* Plan PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work for the weekend
* Propose continuous improvement projects, planning, and executing strategies for completing projects on time
About You
You will be a fully qualified/time-served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. Ideally, you will have experience within the food industry. We will consider someone in a Team Leader role looking to take a step up in their career.
