Summary
SAKS London are looking to add an apprentice to their Property Management team. You will be local to the organisation and be easily able to commute to the office, with minimal transport and duration (30-minutes). In return, you will be trained in an apprenticeship at level 3 whilst supported practically with the required skills in the setting.
Wage
£13,312 a year
Will increase as the hours increase. National Minimum wage will apply after 12 months on programme.

To begin with the hours will be 40 hours per week between 9am to 6pm. This will be dependant on the travel needs of the individual and the exact start and end times will be discussed at interview and selection. The duration is 18-months plus EPA

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable (supervised until competent)
* Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
* Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants
* Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information
* Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing techniques
* Keeping their Line Manager updated on all progress and problems
* Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed
* Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
