As our Farm Manager, you will have demonstrable agricultural experience, including working and managing a farm unit. You will have knowledge of livestock and crop production and agricultural machinery. A minimum of a level 3 qualification in agriculture is also essential. As the Farm is run as a commerical business, as well as a teaching resource, it needs to run cost-effectively and therefore experience of managing budgets is also essential.
