PROJECT MANAGER

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.
We are looking for a proactive, reliable and flexible Project Manager to join our Structures & Pavements team. As a member of Structures & Pavements, you will be exposed to a range of unique projects across the country. It is key that you have the balance to be driven and independent, as well as being a strong team player. A background in project management and knowledge of the industry are essential in order to thrive in this role.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
1. Management of site team to ensure successful delivery of site works
2. Liaising with stakeholders
3. Assisting with compiling accurate factual reports
4. Ensuring works are completed to relevant industry standards
5. Arranging equipment / materials for smooth running of team
6. Completing training of new and current site team members
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
1. Organisational skills
2. Good IT skills
3. Good awareness of health and safety
4. Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection and Compliance industry
5. Commercial awareness
About Structures & Pavements –
Our Structures & Pavements team perform an extensive range of testing, investigation and condition surveys across a wide range of UK Infrastructure assets including highways, rail, airfields, ports and harbours, power stations, sports stadia in addition to building investigations across Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties. A career with Structures & Pavements will provide a varied workload with experiences across many of the key UK Infrastructure assets.
