About the role
The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide a high-quality advice and casework service to the organisation’s clients in debt and money management services.
The Debt Advice Caseworker will also provide mentoring and support to co-workers, helping to develop their skills and expertise in debt and money management services, ensuring the best possible service for our clients.
This is a demanding role that requires the ability to understand and deal with complex information. The Debt Advice Caseworker will work collaboratively with their team, management, external organisations, and the Head of Service.
