Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve educational goals Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students effectively Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN regulations and policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Organisational skills and the ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Training in specific SEN interventions or programmes Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work may involve travel to different educational settings Collaboration with school staff, parents, and external professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
