About the Role
As a Health & Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic Health & Safety Consultancy team. This office-based position involves handling key administrative tasks, maintaining compliance records, and liaising with clients and suppliers. Full training and access to back-office systems will be provided to ensure your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Administrative Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, responding to queries and coordinating team activities.
- Maintain and update Health & Safety records and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage client correspondence.
🔹 System Management
- Ensure internal systems are up to date with compliance records.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Support report preparation, compliance checks, and general admin duties.
🔹 Client & Supplier Liaison
- Provide support to clients by offering basic information and assistance.
- Communicate with external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
About you:

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
