As their new Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will support pro-active outbound initiatives and campaigns and be responsible for a sales pipeline, following up on quotations and closing down opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing solution-based approaches to formulating quotations.
2. Building and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
3. Collaborating with production, engineering, and customer service departments to ensure the viability of proposed solutions and delivery time scales.
4. Developing strong customer relationships to nurture and grow the customer base.
5. Optimising customer satisfaction through continually improving the internal quotation process.

Required Skills:
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Preferably experience with MS Office, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Ability to read and understand complex documents and customer requirements.
4. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and professional presence.
5. Experience of working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
6. Previous customer service experience.
