As the Part Time Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts department. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with sales ledger administration
Generating accurate sales invoices and payment applications while understanding payment terms
Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure timely interim invoices are raised and paid
Processing sales commissions and payments received
Answering enquiries and directing emails to the relevant department or person
Composing professional emails, letters, and phone calls
Ensuring all outgoing correspondence is well presented and error-free
Issuing customer account statements
Performing credit control duties
Collecting weekly sales data for analysis
Updating the customer database
Accurately inputting sales invoices, payments received, and supplier invoices
