Role Overview: Due to internal growth at Medserv, we are actively looking for a Private Medical Secretary to join our Remote Practice Management team based in our Haywards Heath Office. Medical Secretaries at Medserv are the key to providing the best possible service to our clients. You will be working closely with a Patient Administrator ensuring you are meeting and taking the lead on exceeding client expectations. Day to day you will be dealing with a high volume of calls, from patients, secretaries and other medical professionals.
