The Role:
Compass Associates are working with a private home care provider who operate a remit of Tunbridge Wells and are now looking for a new Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for their service in Hawkhurst. The provider is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager, someone who has managed a Domiciliary service, who can help drive on recent successes and empower staff to provide the best care possible and achieve an 'Outstanding' in line with CQC requirements.
The Candidate:
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful domiciliary care branch, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
Location:
This role is based in Hawkhurst and is commutable from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Crowborough and Sevenoaks.
Summary:
My client is seeking a Registered Domiciliary Manager with exposure to management within Domiciliary care, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful branch in line with CQC requirements.
