Job Purpose: The primary role of the Works Coordinator is to manage the assignment of tasks to civils teams and 3rd party contractors to ensure timely delivery of enabling works to meet install dates within SLA. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Oversee the completion of excavation, civils installation and reinstatement work to coincide with planned/upcoming installations 2) Identify and plan Orders requiring enabling works prior to install. Allocate to appropriate resource and complete within SLA 3) Maintain consistent daily contact with supervisors and crews 4) Open and close Symologys and road noticing as required for all civils and reinstatement activities 5) Log completed works, generate reports for billing and provide photographic evidence via CRM 6) Liaise with customers to provide updates or confirm proposed works as necessary 7) Liaise closely with Fibrus to ensure all works activities are approved and logged on CRM. 8) Serve as the main point of contact each morning for civils team, engaging with on-site crews to assess ongoing activities and identify any pending requirements.
