We are currently seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to join our Clinical Education Team! This will be a completely virtual position once training is completed.
Responsibilities:
The Learning Management System Administrator (LMS Administrator) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) to support organization training and development initiatives. This role ensures the effective operation of the LMS, oversees system functionality, provides technical support, and tracks learning data to support compliance and reporting. The LMS Administrator collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training content and maintains accurate training records.
Education/Licensure/Certifications/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Education, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience & Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in LMS administration, instructional technology, or corporate training.
2. Experience with HealthStream or other LMS platforms.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data reporting.
4. Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS data management best practices.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track, interpret, and present learning metrics.
6. Experience in project/program management to coordinate multiple training initiatives and priorities.
7. Technical support and troubleshooting experience a plus.
