Role Description:
- Commissioning of BMS systems and their associated controls including integration and front end supervisors
- Producing commissioning reports, tested drawings and test results
- Liaising with the project manager and service director keeping them updated on progress of commissioning
- Handovers to other engineers of information and instructions
- The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus or BACnet enabled devices.
- Keeping all documentation up to date
- Working in a customer focused environment, liaising with other staff and clients
- Production and back engineering of software strategy
- Carrying out energy audits, providing energy solutions and ideas
- Advising customers on further potential benefits from adapting systems
- Quotations of faulty parts and items
Skills and Qualifications:
- An in-depth knowledge of both BEMS and conventional control
- 5+ years of experience in BMS Commissioning
- Electrical engineering qualification
- Strong skills with schematic drawings
