Job description
Site Administrator - Designer Group (DG) is a leading specialist Mechanical and Electrical service provider working directly with clients or for tier 1 main contractors on a range of high-profile projects within London and surrounding areas. Due to the business's continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis at our Heathrow Projects.
This role would suit someone that is keen to develop their career within a growing organisation. We are therefore looking for individuals who are bright, enthusiastic, and looking for a challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange access to main contractor EDMS & confirm protocols and methods of issuing all project documentation.
* Project set up on Viewpoint (uploading tender documents and external design information).
* Maintain external design information up to date on DG viewpoint.
* Set up project on Fieldview (initial setup with forms, tasks, and project specifics).
* Assist site team with office management responsibilities.
* Prepare specific documents and document trackers.
* Process client document changes and DG drawings.
* Process documentation to be released to main contractor and maintain trackers.
* Manage Viewpoint and Fieldview system.
* Process weekly design information notifications.
* Coordinate site office tidiness and manage office supplies.
* Assist with preparation of Internal and External monthly reports.
* Ensure the use of standard documents throughout the project.
* Archive superseded drawings and documents.
* Assist with preparation of O&M manual.
* Process as-builts and QA documentation.
* Assist with office de-set-up.

* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Can work independently and take responsibility for own workload.
* Problem solver with a proactive attitude.
