Opportunity for an Administrator at WTW
Join WTW, a leading Third-Party Administrator, as an Administrator within the Interface Team. Your role will involve reviewing and processing HR & contribution interface files to ensure they meet SLAs and quality standards, updating member records with accurate data.
You will be responsible for accurately processing client interface files within tight deadlines, reviewing data, and liaising with client HR & Payroll Teams to resolve queries.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the Redhill office weekly.
The Role
1. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and communicate progress effectively.
2. Process daily, weekly, and monthly interface files.
3. Assist with basic office administration tasks.
4. Review completed interface files, identify issues, and communicate with clients.
5. Correct data errors on client files as needed.
6. Set up new joiner records and input member fund choices.
7. Manually input member data onto interface files.
