Global Hospitality business are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Team. The permanent role is Hybrid (Monday & Friday at home with Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office). Responsibilities include: Processing suppliers’ invoices for London, US and Dubai offices Making sure invoices are authorised Correctly allocating cost to relevant P&L accounts Reconciling suppliers’ statements and making sure no invoices overdue Preparing invoices for payments Preparing VAT returns Intercompany reconciliations Bank reconciliations - multi-currency Month end processes and assisting with month end (e.g. fixed asset register, prepayments etc) Processing payments and receipts Dealing with queries Assisting with year-end audit Understanding debits & credits £34-35k plus up to 20% bonus and benefits
