Social Media & Influencer Manager
Space Dental is one of the fastest growing private cosmetic dental companies in the U.K, with practices in Wakefield and Sheffield, with more soon to follow.
We’re looking to recruit a creative Social Media & Influencer Manager to join the growing internal marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Channel Management: Uploading and scheduling content across all our social platforms, including the creation of written captions for regular Instagram posts.
2. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet brand objectives and increase engagement.
3. Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
4. Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Negotiate collaborations, track performance, and ensure campaigns align with brand values.
5. Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, ensuring a positive and active presence on social media.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and influencer partnerships, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring the brand remains relevant and innovative in a fast-paced digital landscape.
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (3+ years preferred).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience using social media analytics tools.
* Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* A passion for trends, digital culture, and building online communities.
