Our client needs a candidate to work on a project for 3 weeks from 2nd December. Purpose:To support the delivery of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and related projects across the business. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Programme Manager in coordinating and monitoring projects. Maintain an overview of project expenditures, claims, outputs, and outcomes. Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Conduct research and analyse data for program leads and councils. Manage grant calls, appraise applications, and monitor compliance. Required Skills and Experience: Strong administrative skills with experience in project environments. Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in ICT, databases, and spreadsheets. Sharepoint Ability to produce clear written materials for various audiences. Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent, with five GCSEs including Maths and English. Communication Focus:56-70% of the role involves external communication.
