We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background performance marketing to lead our digital sales strategy and operations. This role requires a creative thinker with a flair for copywriting and a deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media management. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and ultimately increasing sales. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital advertising and data analytics, as well as exceptional organisational skills. This role demands a strategic thinker with an aptitude for optimising marketing spend and leveraging digital tools to drive efficiency, enhance the user experience, and maximise sales performance. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Digital Optimisation Oversee digital marketing budgets across PPC, paid social, and other performance-driven channels. Develop and execute strategies to maximise ROI & profitability on all paid media efforts. Own the SEO strategy, implementing best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Maximise conversion rates through form optimisation, user experience enhancements, and A/B testing. Analyse web traffic, customer behaviour, and market trends using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategies. Marketplace & Affiliate Management Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce marketplace partners, including Next and eBay. Expand and optimise third-party affiliate partnerships to increase reach and revenue. Ensure all product listings across platforms are accurate, compelling, and aligned with market trends. E-Commerce Strategy, Reporting & Efficiency Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with business goals. Monitor sector RRP data to ensure competitive pricing and maximise margins. Prepare regular, data-focused performance reports with actionable insights. Track key performance indicators, including gross margin revenue, sell-through rate, return rates, conversion rates, and overall profitability. Conduct ongoing reviews of processes across bag acquisition, repair, and e-commerce funnels to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency. Oversee acquisition channels to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of products for the marketplace. Collaboration & Team Coordination Work closely with cross-functional teams, including photography, logistics, IT, and marketing, to deliver a cohesive e-commerce experience. Ensure that every aspect of the e-commerce operation reflects the quality and luxury of our products. Qualifications Proven experience in e-commerce management with a focus on performance marketing and growth strategies. Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimising digital marketing spend. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimisation techniques. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces like Next and eBay. Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering results on time. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions. Proficient in copywriting, with an emphasis on crafting compelling product descriptions and marketing content.
