As a Service Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centred solutions that address complex challenges and drive transformation. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end service design solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
* Apply human-centred design methodologies such as service blueprints, customer journey mapping, and prototyping to create seamless service experiences.
* Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts, to ensure design solutions meet both user and business goals.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve services iteratively.
* Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the table, pushing the boundaries of service design to create impactful, sustainable solutions.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in the public sector
* Proven experience in service design or related roles within a consulting or design-focused environment.
* Strong knowledge of service design methodologies, user research, and prototyping tools.
* Ability to work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present design solutions clearly.
