Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 plus £6,000 package
Role Overview:
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company that specializes in delivering large-scale, complex projects across the UK. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Eastern Construction Build Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a significant DFE project, ensuring its successful delivery while overseeing all aspects of project management from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee the project’s finances, including revenue, costs, and cash flow, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
* Stakeholder Communication: Manage operational communications and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Reporting: Provide regular, accurate, and consolidated reports and forecasts to area management and customers.
* Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maximizing gross margin and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
This Senior Project Manager position is ideal for someone who has:
* Proven experience leading large-scale projects from pre-construction to delivery and handover.
* A strong track record in managing project budgets and programmes.
* Expert knowledge of delivering projects under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
* Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email, as well as experience with ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
* SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certifications.
