Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze production and manufacturing requirements. Configure and implement D365 F&O Production Control, Manufacturing, and related modules to meet business needs. Design and optimize production workflows, including BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, and resource management. Provide guidance on best practices for shop floor control, production planning, and scheduling. Integrate D365 F&O with other systems and tools to streamline production processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 production and manufacturing functionalities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and success of production projects. Stay updated on D365 F&O updates and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a D365 Production Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O Production Control, Manufacturing, and related modules. Strong understanding of manufacturing and production operations, including discrete and process manufacturing. Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
