Our client a local award winning family bakery currently have a vacancy for an Shop Manager based within their Harbour Road shop in Inverness.The hours of work would fall between the hours of 7.30am-3.00pm Mon-Sat, and will operate on a Rota basis on a contract of 39 hours per week.The Main Duties with this role will be (not limited to): Responsible for coordinating & controlling shops to ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shops when required Responsible for recruitment for the shop Opening and closing of the shop Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide top quality customer care. Carrying out administrative duties as required i.e. Rota, Timesheets, ordering Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices Required to assist in the training & development of the team The ideal candidate should: Have experience within a Supervisory or Management role Enjoy customer interaction Be willing to work additional hours if the business required them to do so Demonstrate working well within a team Experience in a similar role desirable however not essential as training is given.
