Hours: 24 hours per week (4-week rota, covering 2 weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
* Delegate & Supervise: Organize daily work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure the individual needs of residents are met.
* Health Monitoring: Monitor the health, safety, and welfare of residents, reporting any concerns and taking appropriate action.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team, communicating effectively with staff, seniors, and management.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of care are delivered and monitor performance accordingly.
* Support & Induction: Assist GP and other professionals, induct new staff, and act as a key worker following support plans.
* Compliance & Reporting: Follow Policies and procedures, CQC Regulations, and accurately record information, including accident reporting and medication administration.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a senior care role is essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* A valid driving license and access to a car is required due to the location.
* Medication Administration essential
