Conduct in-depth keyword research, selecting target keywords and developing strategies. Write engaging, on-brand ad copy and collaborate with designers. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages Monitor and adjust budgets to optimize for ROI What We're Looking For: 1-3 years in a PPC or digital marketing role, with hands-on experience in managing paid search and social campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and paid social media platforms. Knowledge of bid management tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Marin) is a plus. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. Google Ads or other PPC-related certifications are a plus but not required.
