Your new role An urgent opportunity has arisen to join as a Portfolio Office Analyst to work closely alongside the Head of Programmes to provide administration and support to a portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation. The role will include benefits oversight, quality assurance, standards, principles, process, RACI and management activities to support the Transformation programme. The Portfolio Office Analyst will be required to provide programme planning support including the maintenance of a 5-year roadmap of the strategic transformation programme. They will also be involved in the design and maintenance of a Quality Assurance framework and will conduct regular reviews ensuring that audit requirements and delivery standards are met. The Portfolio Office Analyst will monitor adherence to the Programme Management framework and support the maintenance of the repository for templates, tools and guidance. Provide training for TO as well as Business-led delivery around the firm to ensure consistency across departments and support continuous improvement to tools, templates and frameworks used for programme governance across the business. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of providing PMO Support to Transformation programmes - ideally gained in the Financial services industry. Good knowledge of key PMO processes and procedures such as programme planning, governance, quality assurance, risk and issue management etc Experience of working with exec facing transformation/ programme management functions. Specific experience of working in the Wealth Management industry would be ideal but not essential.
