The Role
As a Marketing Content Manager in our dynamic Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing a compelling content strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your creativity and strategic vision will drive impactful storytelling and elevate our brand presence. In addition, you will:
* Manage and deliver marketing content to the whole Europe, Middle Eastern and African markets
* Develop and continually refine the content strategy to align with overall business objectives.
* Create high-quality, engaging, and error-free content across multiple platforms.
* Leverage SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies, including keyword optimisation, to boost content visibility and performance.
* Adapt content for local markets, utilising translation software to ensure delivery in native languages.
* Analyse data and metrics to optimise content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay current with industry trends and adapt content to evolving digital landscapes.
About You
With your strong collaborative and communication abilities, you'll leverage your prior experience as a Marketing Content Manager to excel in this role. The comprehensive training we provide will be complemented by your own expertise, allowing you to make an immediate impact. Additionally, you will bring:
· A holistic understanding of how content drives strategy and knowledge of which channels best achieve marketing objectives.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly across internal teams and departments.
· Experience managing a content portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
· Preferred: Basic knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
· Preferred: Qualifications in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
· Preferred: Strong managerial and leadership skills.
If you speak any languages other than English at a fluent level, that would be advantageous to your application; Radwell operates internationally, so any other languages you can speak will always be helpful in this role.
