Our CRGs cover a number of oncology specialties including breast, urology, neuro oncology and SACT. The Role: As a Service Development Manager, you will work closely with our CRG Clinical Directors and Specialist Advisors to develop, support and execute the clinical strategy for the UK. Your success will be dependent upon your ability to expertly partner with our Oncology UK (OUK) business unit and function leads. Each Service Development Manager is an invaluable teammate to the Clinical Directors, whom they will work closely with to help support and drive clinical strategy. What You'll Do: Proactively contribute to the creation of a clinical strategy that helps differentiate our value proposition to referrers and patients Work closely with our Market Development Managers to coordinate education and engagement strategies associated with growing the business Be responsible for tracking performance versus agreed annual budgets, and where variance occurs, proactively react to address shortfalls Proactively partner with our Market Development Managers to ensure clinical strategies are effectively communicated to our UK referrers Fully understand and support clinical strategies developed by the CRGs to improve patient access Be a valuable resource for the CRG members as the ‘go-to’ person to help support, develop and improve both diagnostic and treatment pathway Build internal relationships with the UK Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and functional leads, with clarity of their remit and responsibilities Build relationships with consultant oncologists, surgeons, radiologists and any other clinician that may be involved with the CRG strategies and activities Understand the private oncology market and how/where GenesisCare will make a difference for patients and clinicians Ensure collaborative working within a dedicated specialty and across all clinical reference groups Have oversight of all reference groups to identify areas for collaboration and avoid duplication What You'll Have: Experience and skills: Dedicated focus on delivering results Strong track record of building new relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Highly developed diplomatic, influencing and negotiation skills Track record of effectively managing stakeholders whilst under pressure The ability to prioritise competing deadlines, in a calm and considered manner Effectively manage key stakeholder expectations both internally and externally Have confidence in generating and presenting new ideas to support quality, innovation or commercial initiatives Anticipate potential risks and opportunities by regularly horizon scanning the healthcare and oncology market Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Healthcare experience essential and oncology experience desirable.
