Job Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customised solutions to clients looking to install EV ChargePoint’s. This role involves a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer service, making it essential for the candidate to have an in-depth understanding of the EV market and installation services. Job Requirements Essential: Proven sales experience in Domestic EV Charging. Knowledge of the EV industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities Strong understanding of domestic installation processes and relevant regulations (knowledge of electrical systems is a plus) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's licence Desirable: Strong passion for sustainable transportation and electric vehicle technology. Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and government incentives Proven track record in sales with a customer-centric approach Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner Experience in Related Fields: automotive or technology sales Job Responsibilities Identify, target, and engage prospective clients interested in domestic EV charging installation services. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualify incoming leads, provide detailed product and service information, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Understand customer needs and present tailored EV charging solutions that meet regulatory, technical, and financial requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business where possible. Stay up to date on industry trends, government incentives, competitor offerings, and technological developments in EV charging. Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation, providing a seamless experience for the customer. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
