FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Performance Coordinator to join our SHEQ Team. As our Health and Safety Performance Coordinator, you’ll support occupational health, safety, and well-being programmes. Your duties will include coordinating medical assessments, managing referrals, overseeing drug and alcohol testing, and handling data management and reporting. You’ll also build and maintain dashboards and prepare tailored reports. This is a full-time, 9-month fixed-term contract position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.
The duties of the Health and Safety Performance Coordinator role will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating occupational health medicals, managing referrals and maintaining confidential records
- Supporting return to work programmes
- Overseeing drug and alcohol testing, ensuring proper handling, transportation, and result management
- Building and maintaining monthly health and safety dashboards, providing customised reports and performance insights
- Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with IT and data teams
- Providing administrative support using Microsoft Office tools, acting as liaison between employees, management, and external providers
- Assisting with training, team building, and coordinating meetings
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for someone with experience in administrative coordination, data management, or health and safety roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. You should be skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to manage dashboards. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are key. Excellent communication skills are also required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
