1. Budgeting and cost efficiency
2. Compliance checking
3. Rota organization
4. Enquiry/complaint escalation
This role would suit someone who has a background in Service or Operational Management with experience in fire or security departments looking to step into a role that can offer autonomy and responsibility.

1. Ensure that services are delivered effectively and cost-efficiently
2. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
3. Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

1. Service or operational management background
2. Customer relation experience
3. Full UK license
