An enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a real passion for developing play opportunities for children and young people is required to join a forward-thinking, motivated team. Elmbridge Cultural, Leisure and Environment Services is a fast-moving team dedicated to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of the community and contribute to a better quality of life.
You will be passionate about the principles of play and making Elmbridge a great place to grow up and support the growth and development of young people.
You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the play service within Elmbridge following the development of the Play Strategy and work within a great team environment seeking to improve the lives of some of our most vulnerable and deserving residents.
With an excellent personal development programme and support, you will have the opportunity to shape your own development and growth.
It is key that you have good communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working partnerships with coaches, clubs, schools, and other internal and external agencies. You will need a flexible approach to work, a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle to enable travel throughout the Borough.
